Alice Wilson is an administrative professional with over 17 years of progressive experience in the business, non-profit and higher education arenas. I have blended this background with exceptional research and multiple technology skills to create an exciting service, the Virtual Executive Assistant.
I have a Masters Degree in Liberal Studies with concentrations in Sociology of Work and Organizational Sociology. Understanding different relationships in the workforce has always been of interest to me.
Also, I’ve spent a number of years as a research assistant and love to do internet and library research. After the data is gathered, I can take that information and give it to you in an understandable form.
I am experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and Project). Let me assist you in monitoring a project from start to finish with detailed information so that your project can remain on time.
Recently, I’ve had great fun working as a real estate virtual assistant. I’m experienced in uploading your listings to your multiple listing service and do reverse prospecting. I also upload your listings to Zillow, Trulia and many more. You can also ask me to maintain your database in Constant Contact, Outlook, and WiseAgent. What’s more is I can create or maintain your email marketing templates.
